Return & Refund Policy – FLII

At FLII, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

*Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

*Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Damaged items

    • Defective products

    • Incorrect item delivered


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return.

  • Products with minor color variations (due to screen differences) are not considered defects.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at flii.officialco@gmail.com with your order ID and issue.

  2. Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return shipping details.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or eligible defects.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping may be free for damaged or incorrect items.

  • In other cases, customers will need to bear return shipping costs.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
