Return & Exchange Policy – FLII

At FLII, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Returns are only accepted for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect item delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return. Products with minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.

3. Return Process

To raise a return request, log in to your account, select the order, and choose your reason for return. If you’re unable to do so, contact us via email or Instagram — handles provided below. Our team will review and respond within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return shipping details.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or eligible defects. Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. For size exchanges, log in to your account, raise a return request, select ‘Other’ as the reason, and type ‘exchange’ along with your preferred size in the note. We’ll get in touch to arrange the exchange. If you’re unable to do so, contact us via email or Instagram — handles provided below. No shipping cost is charged for exchanges. 

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping may be free for damaged or incorrect items. In other cases, customers will need to bear return shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Since we start processing orders quickly, please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to production status at the time of your request.
