Return/exchange requests can only be made within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Accepted only for: damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If the issue is our fault (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover shipping costs.

If the issue is customer-related (incorrect size ordered, change of mind, no longer needed, ordered by mistake), return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

For size exchanges, log in to your account, raise a return request, select ‘Other’ as the reason, and type ‘exchange’ along with your preferred size in the note. We’ll get in touch to arrange the exchange. If you’re unable to do so, contact us via email or Instagram — handles provided below.“

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Since we start processing orders quickly, please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to production status at the time of your request.
